Cougar Tracks, WSU Tri-Cities Continuing Education, invites winery teams, hospitality professionals, and wine enthusiasts to an immersive workshop exploring the art and science of food and wine pairing.
Led by renowned wine consultants April Reddout and Reggie Daigneault, this 4-hour session blends guided tastings, hands-on pairing exercises, and storytelling strategies designed to elevate professional service, hospitality experiences, and personal wine appreciation.

Scheduling – Workshop dates are subject to change and may be rescheduled if minimum enrollment is not met seven (7) business days prior to the start date.
Refund Policy – All registrations are final. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, non-attendance, or scheduling changes; however, if the workshop is rescheduled, your registration will be transferred to the new date.
