Group Leaders: Use this form to begin your registration for IMPACT 2025. Use the Registration form if you need to add spots after initial registration. IF YOU ARE ADDING SPOTS, DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR TOTAL NUMBERS, JUST SUBMIT THE NUMBER BEING ADDED.

IMPORTANT Information:

• Please assure that the Quantity number matches the combined IMPACT Junior and Senior number.
• Please note that at Check Out you have the option to check out as a Guest, which is preferred.
• If choosing to register and pay by check, please mail a check ($25 per spot) to IMPACT, Lipscomb University, One University Park Drive, Nashville, TN 37204-3951. Your Registration will be complete when your payment by mail is received.
