WHAT TO WEAR:
• Lipscomb T-shirt, Lipscomb colors or plain white shirt. No other team logos or colors. 
• Black shorts
• Cheer shoes (!!)
• Bring insurance card 

MISC INFO:
• Bring a water bottle and any practice items you made need (ie tape, brace, wrap etc)
• If under 18, a guardian will need to come in and sign the participants waiver
• Bring insurance card 
• No jewelry or gum
