Peak Performance Lab: The Science of Sport, 5th-7th, July 7, 8, 9, PM Session, 12:30 - 3:00 PM

In Peak Performance Lab, campers explore the science behind speed, stamina, strength, and recovery. They’ll visit a real sports science lab, test their own performance, and build a wearable heart rate monitor using a micro:bit. Through hands-on challenges, data collection, and wearable tech design, students learn how to improve athletic performance using real science and engineering.

Age Range - Entering 5th-7th Grades

Times- 12:30-3:00 PM

Dates – July 7, 8, 9

Location - Utah Tech STEM Outreach Center, Atwood Innovation Plaza West Entrance, 453 S 600 E, St. George, UT 84770 

*Parent/Guardian must commit to dropping off and picking up their student on time.  

*All camps are subject to cancellation if registration falls below 10 participants.
