Can You Kendama? Design & Engineering Lab, 4th-7th, June 23, 24, 25, AM Session, 9:00am-11:30am

Turn tricks into technology! In Can You Kendama?, 5th–7th graders explore the physics of motion—gravity, momentum, energy, and balance—while redesigning a kendama for better performance. Students use CAD to create a custom 3D-printed handle, test their design with measurable data, and refine it using engineering principles. This hands-on camp blends physics, computational design, and problem-solving into one high-impact build. 🔧📊

Age Range - Entering 4th-7th Grades

Times- 9:00 - 11:30 a.m.  

Dates – June 23, 24, 25

Location - Utah Tech STEM Outreach Center, Atwood Innovation Plaza West Entrance, 453 S 600 E, St. George, UT 84770 

*Parent/Guardian must commit to dropping off and picking up their student on time.
