Deposit: Thank you for renting the Brooks Center. The user agrees to pay a deposit pre-determined with their approved rental agreement. Failure to pay deposit within 10 business days after you receive the approved rental agreement will result in a cancellation, and the date(s) will be made available for other requests. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless you cancel no later than 30 days prior to your event at which time 50% will be refunded.
