CEPSCI SCDOT Online Recertification - Employee 2026

CEPSCI SCDOT Online Recertification 

The Certified Erosion Prevention & Sediment Control Inspector recertification program provides SC DES approved professional training required for recertification purposes specific to SCR160000. Recertification is not permitted for persons not currently certified. 


Recertification Process: 

1.    Series of professional development training modules
2.    Quizzes required to continue or complete modules
3.    Issuance of recertification (mailing of letter and card)
4.    SC DES / SCDOT notification

Online classes will become available on the first date of each section. Registrants must successfully complete all modules and associated quizzes by 5:00 PM of the last date of that section. This is an asynchronous course; there will be no ‘live’ meeting.

Sections available for online registration: 

Section 1: June 1-15, 2026
Section 2: June 16-30, 2026

**An inspector needs only complete a single section (Section 1 or Section 2) in order to qualify for recertification.

A final billing statement will be sent to SCDOT headquarters, which will include any personnel registered through this link, once the final Section has closed.
