Hydrogeology Symposium Registration

The 2026 Clemson Hydrogeology Symposium will be held on April 2 with field trips on April 1 and 3.

We offer several levels of sponsorship with different benefits. Take advantage of this opportunity to feature your company!

For Professional and Presenter participants, we are offering online or in-person options. If you need to register more than one participant type, you can click Add Another Registrant in your cart before checking out. Register by 11:59 PM on March 1 to take advantage of our in-person early bird rates! Regular online in-person registration ends at 11:59 PM on March 20 and remote attendee registration closes on March 27.

Exhibitor Platinum -	$2500	A table/booth space, prime space selection by you, and a conference banner or projection of the sponsor logo in all presentation rooms. Feature exhibitor info on the conference website and program in the Platinum Exhibitors section. Attendees must register separately. Exhibitor registrations are treated as donations to the EEES department endowment called the Thomas M. Keinath Endowment in Environmental Engineering & Science and are tax deductible. Accordingly, these funds are non-refundable per Clemson Foundation rules. If you are compelled to cancel, the funds can be credited to you to be used at future events.
Exhibitor Gold	$2000	A table/booth space, secondary space selection by you (after Platinum), and a conference banner in all presentation rooms. Feature exhibitor info on the conference website and program in the Gold Exhibitors section. Attendees must register separately. Exhibitor registrations are treated as donations to the EEES department endowment called the Thomas M. Keinath Endowment in Environmental Engineering & Science and are tax deductible. Accordingly, these funds are non-refundable per Clemson Foundation rules. If you are compelled to cancel, the funds can be credited to you to be used at future events.
Exhibitor Silver	$1000	A table/booth space. Booth spacing is based on seniority after Gold/Platinum. Feature exhibitor info on the conference website and program. Attendees must register separately. Exhibitor registrations are treated as donations to the EEES department endowment called the Thomas M. Keinath Endowment in Environmental Engineering & Science and are tax deductible. Accordingly, these funds are non-refundable per Clemson Foundation rules. If you are compelled to cancel, the funds can be credited to you to be used at future events.
