Hydrogeology Symposium Registration

The 2026 Clemson Hydrogeology Symposium will be held on April 2 with field trips on April 1 and 3.

We offer several levels of sponsorship with different benefits. Take advantage of this opportunity to feature your company!

For Professional and Presenter participants, we are offering online or in-person options. If you need to register more than one participant type, you can click Add Another Registrant in your cart before checking out. Register by 11:59 PM on March 1 to take advantage of our in-person early bird rates! Regular online in-person registration ends at 11:59 PM on March 20 and remote attendee registration closes on March 27.

Note: If you do not receive an email confirmation within a few minutes, your registration did not go through and you must redo it.

Important: If you are an EEES participant or presenter, your Company designation is ‘Clemson University’, not ‘EEES’, ‘Geology’, etc

Sponsor Platinum-Lunch (one spot only)	$3000	Four registrations included. Sponsor logo featured on screen before and after the lunch keynote presentation, on easels in the lunchroom, and on banners around the halls. Featured on the symposium website and in the program under the Platinum Sponsors section.
Sponsor Gold-Bags (two spots only)	$1500	Two registrations included. Sponsor Logo featured on high quality cotton bags handed out at registration table. Featured on the symposium website and in the program under the Gold Sponsors section.
Sponsor Premium	$750	Two registrations included. Featured on the symposium website and in the program.
Sponsor Standard	$500	One registration included. Featured on the symposium website and in the program.
