BEAN IMPROVEMENT COOPERATIVE (BIC) AND NORTH AMERICAN PULSE IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION (NAPIA) BIANNUAL MEETING HOSTED BY CLEMSON UNIVERSITY.

An opportunity for members and colleagues from around the world and from many diverse disciplines to interact and exchange information on bean and pulse improvement.

All are invited to join the BIC-NAPIA meeting!

 Post Conference Tour
Clemson University will host a post-conference tour on Wednesday, November 8th. from 8am – 3pm. Transportation will be provided to the campus and surrounding areas of Clemson University, as well as a boxed lunch at no additional cost. Tour details are still being confirmed and we want your input. If you are interested in the post conference tour, please select any of the tour options below that interest you. Space will be limited and a separate tour registration will be sent those who show interest.

  Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement/Waiver
By registering for the BIC/NAPIA Conference, you acknowledge the following: I agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking participation in BIC/NAPIAI events and activities as my own free and intentional act and I am fully aware that possible personal injury, disability, and death might occur to me in connection with attending this event. Specifically relating to the global COVID-19 pandemic, attendee acknowledges the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk of exposure or infection by attending the BIC/NAPIA Conference. I agree to release and hold harmless BIC/NAPIA, its employees, officers and vendors from and against all claims of damages and liability resulting from the assumed risk of exposure. In addition, I agree to comply with all COVID related procedures that may be implemented by BIC/NAPIA and subject to change as current information is obtained. I also understand that non-compliance of any regulations set forth by BIC/NAPIA will result in the forfeiture of my right to participate in the Annual Conference without refund of conference registration fees or any travel or housing related expenses. I give this acknowledgement freely and knowingly and that I am, as a result, able to participate in BIC/NAPIA events and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own well-being.

Photography Agreement/Waiver
BIC/NAPIA plans to take photographs at the BIC/NAPIA Annual Conference and reproduce them in BIC/NAPIA educational, news or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic or other media; including the BIC/NAPIA website. By participating in the BIC/NAPIA Annual Conference you grant BIC/NAPIA the right to use your name, photograph and biography for such purposes. All postings become the property of BIC/NAPIA. Postings may be displayed, distributed or used by BIC/NAPIA for any purpose.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Notification of cancellations received by BIC/NAPIA by Friday, September 15th , 2023 will be refunded, less the credit card processing fee and a $50 administrative fee. Substitutions are welcome. No-shows are responsible for payment in full. No refunds will be made after September 15th, 2023. If registration is made after September 15th, 2023 the above policy still applies.

Prices range from $300.00 to $450.00 (price depends on options selected)
