The CSPR retests are provided as make-up testing dates for individuals with scheduling conflicts or as a result of unsatisfactory grades.

Online Retests

If you have registered for an upcoming class, you are already registered for the exam; separate exam registration is not necessary.

Testing will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. for all online exams. In order to have access to the online exam, each participant must successfully complete the practice exam in Canvas by 5:00 p.m. the day prior to the exam.

System and Hardware Requirements for Online Classes and Testing

• Operating System - Windows 8, 8.1 and 10; MAC 10.12, 10.13, 10.14, 10.15
• Connection - 300kb/s upload speed, satellite and dial up connections are not supported
• 213 MB of storage for testing software
• Webcam
• Microphone or headphone with microphone
• Tablets, hybrid devices and mobile phones are not supported
