Preservation Class

Effective methods of home preservation when done safely can allow you to enjoy seasonal foods year round. Join Clemson Extension Food Systems agents for workshops where you will learn the basic principles of home food preservation, be able to ask questions, observe and or participate in a demonstration of the processes and equipment needed. Participants will receive an electronic copy of resources and instructions for preserving fruit.

This program is offered at no cost to the participant, however we appreciate your support of this and future Clemson Extension programming and invite you, if able, to share a donation of $5. Thank you for your participation!
