CU Food Safety Trainings
Canning is a fun and important method of food preservation, when practiced properly. In this workshop, participants will learn to safely make jams, jellies, and soft spreads utilizing current USDA recommended techniques for preserving foods for home use. This workshop will be held online via Zoom. Participants are encouraged to can along with the instructor during the workshop. Upon registration, participants will receive a link to review the course PowerPoint prior to the live workshop. A separate link will also be given to attend the live workshop via Zoom.
