New License - Business License

IMPORTANT:
*We must receive the completed pesticide business license application, Evidence of Financial Responsibility form, and DCA Verifiable Experience forms before you make an online payment for a business license. (Please note, the Evidence of Financial Responsibility form is to be completed by the insurance company.) These required forms were sent to you upon passing the examinations or can be downloaded from DPR’s website. You can email ALL completed forms to dprca@clemson.edu.

Failure to submit ALL required forms may result in your online payment being denied and/or greatly delay the licensing process.
