New License - Commercial Applicator License

You may be certified in any or all categories for $50.

If you have passed category 7A and are applying to be a DCA or changing DCA’s then the fee is $50.

IMPORTANT:
*We must receive the completed commercial application and Evidence of Financial Responsibility forms before you make an online payment for a commercial license. (Please note, the Evidence of Financial Responsibility form is to be completed by the insurance company.) These required forms were sent to you upon passing the examinations. You can email both completed forms to dprca@clemson.edu.

If you have passed category 7A and are also applying to be a DCA (and have met the DCA requirements), then you are also required to complete the “PCO Business License Verifiable Experience for DCA” form and pay the $50 DCA fee.

*Reciprocating? If you are applying for a Reciprocal Commercial Applicator License, then you must download the following forms from here
You will need:

• Reciprocal Application
• Evidence of Financial Responsibility form (completed by the insurance company)
• Affidavit, signed
• Copy of current pesticide license from the state in which you are reciprocating from

Failure to submit ALL required forms may result in your online payment being denied and/or greatly delay the licensing process.
