Shipping & Delivery

Typical consumer orders to a residential physical address within the 48 contiguous states will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) of receipt of order. All priority orders to leave same day must be received by the store no later than 10:00am (EST). Priority orders received after 10:00am (EST) will be picked up the next business day. Please note that the United States Postal Service does not guarantee delivery times. All displayed delivery times are estimates and do not come with a money-back guarantee.

Returns

Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping and handling charges) and the same form as the original payment type.

How to return or exchange an item:

Before returning a package, you need to contact our customer service team at "mailto:psapublishing.bulletinroom@gmail.com" with the order number and reason for the return.
Place the original package into a shipping carton.
Returned items and packaging must be received in new condition.
Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Send pre-authorized returns to the address our customer service team will send you.
