Pay via Credit Card:

All credit or debit card users are assessed a separate, non-refundable administrative fee of 3% of the payment amount at the time of each credit or debit card payment transaction. The Order Receipt email notification will serve as your credit card confirmation. This will be sent to the email address that you provided.
 

Pay by Check:

• If you selected the “Pay by Check” payment option, an Order Receipt email notification will be sent to the email address that you provided. The Order Receipt will serve as your invoice.
Please note that no other invoice will be sent from our office.
• Please make checks payable to ‘Clemson University’ include the order number (located on the Order Receipt) on the check.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to the Administrative Coordinator, Jessi Wilson (jwinkle@clemson.edu) prior to the cancellation date, which is listed on each registration page. A non-refundable fee of $100 will be charged to the applicant or his/her organization to cover any administrative costs. No refund will be issued after the cancellation date.
