Conference Registration Cancellations


If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the conference office immediately.
Provided written notice is received by 3rd April 2015, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge.
Provided written notice is received by 17th April 2015, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 17th April 2015, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that the organizing committee shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. The organizing committee shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.

*The graduate student rate applies to those with a full-time position in a non-commercial academic institution and registered for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from the head of department attesting to student status.

Authors and delegates are requested to register by April 3rd 2015 to ensure their participation is registered in the final program.
