Training Schedule:
Tuesday, August 4, 2020: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Wednesday, August 5, 2020: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Thursday, August 6, 2020: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Full attendance during the entire scheduled training time is required to obtain your certification.

The $3925.00 tuition fee does not include travel, lodging, meals, or other expenses associated with attending the TCC. The tuition fee includes a large quantity of books and resources. **Important: please bring an extra suitcase/bag to the TCC to carry training materials home or make plans to have your materials shipped to you.


Pay via Credit Card:

All credit or debit card users are assessed a separate, non-refundable administrative fee of 3% of the payment amount at the time of each credit or debit card payment transaction. The Order Receipt email notification will serve as your credit card confirmation. This will be sent to the email address that you provided.

Pay by Check:

• If you selected the “Pay by Check” payment option, an Order Receipt email notification will be sent to the email address that you provided. The Order Receipt will serve as your invoice.
Please note that no other invoice will be sent from our office.
• Please make checks payable to ‘Clemson University’ include the order number (located on the Order Receipt) on the check.

OBPP accepts Purchase Orders for registrations. Select the pay by check option and an Order Receipt email notification will be sent to the email address that you provided. If a price quote is needed to turn in to accounts payable, please contact Lydia Arneson at lydia@clemson.edu.

Please note: You are not fully registered until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation or requests to reschedule attendance at the TCC Part 1 must be made in writing to Lydia Arneson (lydia@clemson.edu) by Monday, July 13, 2020.


• If a confirmed TCC participant cancels or reschedules his/her attendance at this TCC after Monday, July 13, 2020, and training materials have been shipped, a non-refundable fee of $100 (plus any charges for meals) will be charged to the applicant or his/her organization to cover administrative and shipping costs.
• If a confirmed TCC participant does not provide a cancellation notice or attend this TCC, an administrative fee of $100 plus any applicable meal fees will be charged to the applicant or his/her organization.
• If a confirmed TCC participant cannot attend this TCC, a substitute participant may attend in his/her place if a completed application is submitted on or before Monday, July 13, 2020 and is approved by the OBPP Staff.

Refund Policy
All registration fee refunds are subject to approval and must be requested in writing to Lydia Arneson at lydia@clemson.edu or Clemson University, IFNL, 321 Calhoun Drive, 321 Brackett Hall, Clemson, SC 29634.

• A full refund will be provided upon approval of cancellation received by the deadline.
• A refund (minus shipping, administrative fees, convenience fees, and/or meal fees) will be provided upon approval of cancellations after the deadline.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to the Administrative Coordinator, Jessi Wilson (jwinkle@clemson.edu) prior to the cancellation date, which is listed on each registration page. A non-refundable fee of $100 will be charged to the applicant or his/her organization to cover any administrative costs. No refund will be issued after the cancellation date.
