PA³HENA IS . . . the Provost’s and Academic Assistants in Higher Education, National Association: PA³HENA is the first professional development and national networking opportunity specifically for academic affairs administrators who support Chief Academic Officers from all categories of accredited higher education institutions.

PA³HENA Offers . . . the opportunity for Provost and Academic Affairs professionals to contribute to, and benefit from quality programming relevant to the effective management of Academic Affairs organizations. PA³HENA is a supporting and productive environment where Provost and Academic Affairs Assistants (PA³s) can build professional networks and relationships regionally and nationally. Your participation in PA³HENA is an investment in the effectiveness of Academic Affairs professionals nationally.

Registration is now open. Participants of the PA³HENA Annual Meeting can register online until 12noonEST on March 08, 2019.

As a registered participant (for the March 2019 meeting of PA³HENA) you and your institution will begin now to connect with other PA³s regionally and nationally;

PA³HENA registration cost for institutional members:
$400.00 when paid by November 30, 2018
$425.00 when paid December 1, 2018 and until March 9, 2019

PA³HENA registration cost for institutional non-members:
$450.00 when paid by November 30, 2018
$475.00 when paid December 1, 2091 and until March 9, 2019

All major credit cards accepted. After registering, you will receive an email notification with user information and a welcome message with your invoice attached as a PDF. Please check your spam folders for these emails if you do not receive them.

We are trying to reframe from mail in payments, so please pay by credit card if possible.

Prices range from $400.00 to $450.00 (price depends on options selected)

Registration cancellations received prior to February 1, 2018 may be eligible to receive a refund less a $75 service fee.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend.

Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
