Early bird attendee registration fee is $525 if registration and payment are completed by April 30, 2024. The registration portal has been set up to allow you to choose whether you want to register and pay immediately or register and pay at a later time. After April 30, the registration fee is $575. Upon starting your registration process, you will be asked for the following information:
Shuttle transportation between the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel South Padre Island, TX and the Brownsville South Padre Island Airport (BRO) and the Valley International Airport Harlingen (HRL) will be provided by the UTCRS staff. This service is included in your paid registration fee. In order for us to better serve you and ensure we have sufficient space in our shuttles to accommodate everyone, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with your estimated time of arrival and departure and the airport you will be using.
Once you complete the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique order number. If you chose the option to pay later, you will need this order number to pay for your registration at a later time or you could send this order number to the individual in your organization who will be paying for your registration. The person paying for your registration will then be able to complete your registration with the "Bulk Payment" tab by entering your unique order number. Note that, the “Bulk Payment” tab can be used to pay for one or more registrations at the same time by simply entering the order numbers.
If "Pay later" was used during "Attendee Registration", you, or the individual in your organization who handles payments, will need to use this option to complete the registration process. This tab requires the unique order number, that was sent with the registration confirmation email, to be entered so that payment is credited to the correct registration.

If you wish to sponsor the 2024 CUTC Summer Meeting, please use the "Sponsorships" tab. There are three options to choose from:
Next, include the name and email of your registrants and please direct them to register through the "Attendee Registration" tab and choose the "Pay Later" option. Since you included their names and email addresses, and paid for the sponsorship, no further payment will be required by those registrants.
