BEFORE EXAM DATE: “VERY IMPORTANT” Make sure you are cleared with TCLEEDS before your exam date in order to be able to open your exam, any holds by TCLEEDS will not allow us to open your exam. Also, make sure to complete the pre-activity through TCLEEDS before your exam date. If there are any holds or the pre-activity is not completed, we will not be able to test you, therefore resulting in losing your exam fee.

IDENTIFICATION: Bring a valid (non-expired) PHOTO ID, preferably a driver’s license and PID # in order to open your exam.

REFUND POLICY: All exam fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

SCORES: You will receive a computerized printout of your results immediately after your exam. Included will be an analysis showing your results for each topic. Do not throw this away. ON DAY OF EXAM, YOU MUST:

1) Report to UTRGV Testing Services located at: 1407 E. Freddy Gonzalez Drive CESS 1.102 Edinburg Tx 78539 at least 15 minutes prior to your testing time.
2) Bring photo identification preferably driver’s license or recent school ID and PID card
3) Do not bring cellular phones or other electronic devices; they will not be permitted in the testing room.
4) Test Fee is for one exam/attempt.

REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds for correspondence exams.

TRANSFER POLICY: Fees for this exam are non-transferrable, including exam date, time, or location.

SCORE REPORTS: See you instructor.
