Nonprofit Skills^®: Communicating the Strategy provides tools and best practices for effectively communicating a nonprofit strategic plan. The course describes how to identify target audiences and how to adapt strategic plan communication to their interests and preferences. Learners will also explore popular channels and methods for distributing the strategic plan and find out how to craft clear and compelling messages for effective communication. Best practices for leading meetings, presenting data, and gathering feedback will also be discussed, along with tips for responding to resistance and concerns.
