Description: the Lean Practitioner Certification is awarded upon the successful completion of all four comprehensive continuous improvement modules and a capstone project. This certification validates your expertise in Lean methodologies, demonstrating your ability to apply fundamental, basic, intermediate, and advance Lean tools to drive process improvements and achieve measurable business results. Throughout the capstone project, participants will receive guidance and coaching from experienced engineers, ensuring you have the support needed to effectively implement Lean principles in a real-world setting.
