Make sure you are cleared with TCLEEDS before your exam date in order to be able to open your exam; any holds by TCLEEDS will not allow us to open your exam. Also, make sure to complete the pre-activity through TCLEEDS before your exam date. If there are any holds or the pre-activity is not completed, we will not be able to test you. Therefore, resulting in losing your exam fee.

IDENTIFICATION: Bring a valid (non-expired) PHOTO ID, preferably a driver’s license and PID # in order to open your exam.

REFUND POLICY: All exam fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

ABOUT THE EXAM: There is a Demo test for individuals unfamiliar with computers or using a mouse. The Demo test is only 15 questions and will help candidate become comfortable with taking a computer test. SCORES: You will receive a computerized printout of your results immediately after your exam. Included will be an analysis showing your results for each topic. Do not throw this away. ON THE DAY OF THE EXAM, YOU MUST:

1) Report to UTRGV Testing Services located at: UTRGV at St. Joseph's Academy - 101 Saint Joseph Drive Suite 100. Brownsville, Texas, 78520. Please arrive to the Testing Office at least 15 minutes before your testing time. Candidates will not be allowed to test 15 minutes after start time.
**DIRECTIONS** Traveling South on Highway 77/83 in Brownsville, use the left lane to take the ramp onto I-69E S/US-77 S/US-83 S. Take the exit towards 6th Street. Merge onto S Expressway 83/Frontage Rd. Turn left onto Palm Blvd. Follow Palm Blvd to CALLE RETAMA and turn right. Your destination will be to the right. Turn right to St. Joseph Drive. UTRGV at St. Joseph Academy and Parking will be to the left.
************************ IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION******************
A temporary visitor parking permit is required, please come into the Testing Office to receive your temporary permit. Our Testing Office is located in Suite 100.
