Exam Time: 5 hours and 30 minutes

The following topics will be assessed: Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary and General Knowledge, Grammar, Basic Math Skills, Anatomy & Physiology, Learning Style, Personality Profile, and Critical Thinking

BEFORE EXAM DAY, YOU MUST:

Go to https://evolve.elsevier.com/cs/register to create an account and prepay the $64 exam fee. 24-48 hours after you register for your HESI seat with UTRGV you will receive an email with the necessary information to pay your Elsevier exam fee. ************************************************

ON THE DAY OF THE EXAM, YOU MUST:

1) Report to UTRGV Testing Services located at UTRGV at St. Joseph's Academy - 101 Saint Joseph Drive Suite 100. Brownsville, Texas, 78520 at least 15 minutes prior to your testing time. Students will not be allowed to test 15 minutes after start time.
**DIRECTIONS**
Traveling South on Highway 77/83 in Brownsville use the left lane to take the ramp onto I-69E S/US-77 S/US-83 S. Take the exit towards 6th Street. Merge onto S Expressway 83/Frontage Rd. Turn left onto Palm Blvd. Follow Palm Blvd to CALLE RETAMA and turn right. Your destination will be to the right. Turn right to St. Joseph Drive. UTRGV at St. Joseph Academy and Parking will be to the left. Our Testing Office is located in Suite 100.

A temporary visitor parking permit is required, please come into the Testing Office to receive your temporary permit. Our Testing Office is located in Suite 100.
2) Each candidate will be asked to present one form of valid photo identification. Expired IDs will not be accepted. The identification must be checked before the student begins testing and may be re-checked at the end of testing. The ID must include the student’s name and a recognizable photograph. Acceptable forms of valid photo identification include: • A current driver’s license • A current state-approved ID • A current college ID • A current state or federal ID card • A current passport • A current tribal ID card • A current naturalization card or certificate of citizenship. You will not be admitted without proper identification. All IDs must be valid.
3) Do not bring cellular phones or other electronic devices; they will not be permitted in the testing room.

REFUND POLICY: The $30 registration fee for this exam is non-refundable.

TRANSFER POLICY: Fees for this exam are non-transferrable, including exam date, time, or location.

SCORE REPORTS: Available immediately after testing.
