Inventory Management

Description: Learn practical ways to manage inventory, reduce waste, and keep operations running smoothly. This 8-hour training covers essential methods for managing raw materials and finished goods. Through discussions and exercises, participants will practice replenishment techniques, cycle count planning, ABC classification, and safety stock calculations to support better inventory decisions.

What Participants Will Learn

Understand inventory types, key concepts, performance measures, and policies.
Explore replenishment techniques to determine when and how to restock.
Plan cycle counts to improve inventory accuracy.
Apply ABC classification to prioritize inventory management efforts.
