Description: This training equips employees with the essential skills and techniques required to deliver consistent, high-quality service across all customer interactions. Participants will learn how to effectively communicate, build rapport, identify customer needs, and manage both routine and challenging situations. The session focuses on practical application to ensure employees can confidently deliver professional service that enhances the overall customer experience.
