Learn how to be an effective leader to your organization by learning how to find career development opportunities, hold efficient meetings, productive one-to-one interactions and understand emotional intelligence. Participant will recieve a Certificate of Completion. 
This class will prepare the student for the following:

• Improve communication with team using DISC behavioral model.
• Create career development plans.
• Learn effective one-on-one sessions.
• Interview successful candidates.
• Understanding generational direct reports.
