Student Success - Test Dates

Test Dates

The Division of Student Success offers College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) exams to Suffolk and non-Suffolk students. CLEP provides undergraduates the chance to earn credit in specific subjects, but exams may not be used to fulfill major requirements.

To test, you must bring:

  • One valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport).
  • Your CLEP Exam Registration Ticket.
  • Military ID (required if registered as veteran or military personnel).

Additional requirements:

  • Seniors: Suffolk students must complete their final 30 credits at Suffolk University. If you are a Suffolk student with senior status, you are not eligible to receive CLEP credit. Students with senior status who wish to petition for an exception must submit a Senior Petition Form PDF for approval by the Undergraduate Academic Advising Center (UAAC). Please email your form to UAAC then email the completed and approved form to Student Success.
  • Learning Disabilities (LD): Students must email their accommodation letter to Student Success well in advance of the scheduled exam date.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to the Division of Student Success, 73 Tremont St, 9th Floor. Contact our office at 617-573-8034 if you cannot attend.
