The $200 deposit due by December 31, 2023 secures your reservation, and is refundable. The first trip payment is due by February 1, 2024 in the amount of $1,800. Final payment is due by March 15, 2024: an additional $2,600 for non-students and $100 for students. Possible supplemental charges depending on departure airport or private room will be communicated individually, and must be paid by March 15. The full amount can be paid in advance if you desire after paying the required trip deposit.
