This course will provide the learner with an in-depth discussion of the Standard Flood Policy, including the major fundamental coverages, property covered and not covered, general flood conditions and definitions, and the effect of climate change trends on urban and rural flooding. This course will provide 3 credit of Continuing Education and will satisfy the NY DFS requirement of Enhanced Flood Training for all producers who sell the NFIP Flood Policies.
