Insurance and American Legal Foundations -- December 10, 2025 - 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Insurance and American Legal Foundations is a 4-hour course offering 4 hours of credit towards NY Continuing Education. We will discuss American constitutional and governmental foundations, law and types of law in America, due process given in the 5th and 14th amendments, how contract and tort law interface with the insurance business, a history of insurance in America and producer/industry regulations at the federal and the state level.

This course is approved for the following licenses: BR, PC, LA, PA, LSB, LB, C1, C3. 4 credits.
