This class provides an overview of general flood concepts to those who are unfamiliar with flood insurance. Particular focus is given to essential information for flood customers to know and for agents and brokers to explain, like the NFIP definition of flood, general policy guidelines, coverage parts and basement coverage limitations. This course meets the NYS regulation to include: 1 hour of basic flood.
This course is approved for the following licenses: BR, PC, PA ,C3. (1 credit). Taught in a live webinar format.
