Artificial Intelligence and NY Cybersecurity Regulations - June 25, 2025-8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Our AI and NY Cybersecurity Regulation course is a 4-hour/4-credit CE class for credit towards producer license renewal. Within the course, we look at corporate data security and the important part we play in it, we provide an overview of the New York Cybersecurity Regulation (23 NYDFS 500), we’ll discuss Artificial Intelligence and its forms in general and also within the insurance industry, and finally, we’ll cover guidance for NY Covered Entities on Artificial Intelligence from NY DFS. 

This course is approved for the following licenses: BR, PC, LA, PA, LSB, LB, C1, C3. 4 credits.
