Insurance Ethics & Fraud

This course is a comprehensive study of agents and producers and their ethical responsibilities to customers as well as an overview of fraud prevention efforts. Upon completion of this course, participants will have an understanding of the following: Producers ethical responsibilities, ethical sales practices, most common oversights and violations, avoiding E&O claims, how fraud impacts insurers/customers and fraud prevention efforts.

This course is approved for the following licenses: BR, C1, LB, C3, LSB, LA, PC, PA. 15 credits
 

This course does not meet the NYS regulation to include: 1 hour of ethics, 1 hour law, 1 hour of diversity training or any flood requirements. Please check our webinar schedule to choose additional courses to help meet those requirements.

Exam is required upon completion of reading the book that will be shipped to you. The exam does not require a monitor and is completed online. A link to the exam will be provided after you have competed the required reading.
