In this course, we provide a summary discussion of contract and tort law as these themes appear in the world of insurance. We cover ethical dilemmas using Kidder's Needs, Rules and Care Based approaches, and look at core tenets of the CPCU Code of Ethics and how they relate to our business. Finally, we examine three current trends in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: DEI in remote workspaces, Multi-generational workplaces, and DEI/Mental Health considerations for today's employees.
