Non Refundable Current Students Housing Deposits

The housing deposit is non-refundable.

Please note that this housing deposit is for returning students only. Incoming students for Fall 2025 may make an online deposit on this page instead.

• Any deposits received after March 17, 2025 are considered post-deadline submissions and will result in the student being added to the non-guaranteed housing waitlist.
• Students who apply for housing but later make alternate plans, may cancel their assignment but will forfeit the non-refundable housing deposit. The 2025-2026 Housing Cancellation Form is due by Friday, May 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. to release the student from 2025-2026 housing and related charges.
