Resident Parking permits for the 2026-2027 academic year will go on sale soon.

• 2026-2027 Commuter Student Permits | Available now
• 2026-2027 Resident Student Permits | Monday, July 6th 8 am

To purchase a student parking permit:

1. STEP 1 - Register your vehicle and request a permit in ARMS Parking. 
   Username is your full RMU Email Address. Example: abcst123@mail.rmu.edu
2. STEP 2 - Make payment for the correct permit type (here).

Once your payment has been made, the permit registration will be processed. 

Do not make a payment here if you have not yet completed the Parking Permit Registration and entered your vehicle information.
