Purchasing:

Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not hold/reserve items for public purchase. Payment methods accepted are Visa/ Master Card/ Discover/ American Express. We are unable to offer sales tax exemptions on our online store. For sales tax refunds, you can contact the State of Washington Department of Revenue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Merchandise Pick-Ups:

ALL PURCHASES MUST BE REMOVED NO LATER THAN 1 WEEK AFTER FULFILLMENT. ITEMS NOT REMOVED BY THIS TIME WILL BE SUBJECT TO RESTOCKING INTO INVENTORY AND WILL BE RESOLD WITHOUT REFUND UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.

We are open for pick-ups M-F 8:30AM-3:30PM. We are closed weekends and holidays. Pick up your items at the Surplus Store Warehouse, located at 4515 25th Ave NE Seattle, WA. Call us from your vehicle at 206-685-1573 or ring the doorbell at the loading dock.

Your order may take up to two business days to fulfill. You will receive confirmation when your order is ready to pick up.

Returns:

Staff will bring you your items for inspection. A request for a refund must be made prior to removal of the property from the UW Surplus warehouse. Upon removal of the property, all sales are final.* All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Items purchased from UW Surplus through other channels may have differing return policies and are often sold as-is, where-is.

*Monitors may be returned within two weeks of purchase.
