Cow parsnip, Heracleum maximum, gallon

Biannual, will flower next year, flower stalks grow up to 5' tall. Pollinator magnet and butterfly host plant, and the only member of its genus native to North America! Plant in a moist area with part-full sun. Caution: hairs can irritate skin, wear gloves. Worth it, though.
