This form is for payment of reproduction and permission for use services offered by Special Collections, University of Washington Libraries.
Include the invoice number with your payment information to ensure proper credit. The invoice number is located in the top right hand corner of your invoice and begins with the letters “SC” (i.e. SC01010)
All totals are in U.S. dollar amounts.
Your order will not be processed until we receive notification of your payment. Once your order is complete, we will email you a link to the file sharing site, Hightail.com, where you will be able to download your order. Processing times vary. Most orders are ready for download in two weeks; large or complicated orders will take longer.
In the event of a cataloging or reproduction error on our part, we will refund or exchange ordered items.
