Hourly Rental Rates: All equipment rentals are changed on an hourly basis. Total charges will reflect the total duration of usage. To determine a users final charge, time will be rounded up to the next hour. As an example, if a family rents 3 bikes at $12.50 an hour, and utilize these bikes for 2.5 hours, their total charge will be $112.50 before tax. At the time of checkout, a reservation hold will be placed on the users card. This amount will reflect the maximum late fee of the gear chosen. Upon return, the user will be refunded the difference between the maximum late fee and the total rental charge.

Maximum Rental Late Fee: Maximum late fees are imposed whenever rental equipment is brought back after published rental hours. A maximum late fee is calculated by multiplying the total number of items rented by their maximum late fee amount. As an example, if a family rents 3 bikes, and bring them back after published hours, their total late fee would be $450.00 before taxes.

Guided Trips & Shuttles: If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact our office as soon as possible at 304.293.2203. Cancellations made less than 5 business days prior to the program date are subject to a cancellation fee. This fee will reflect up to half of the program registration fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the established program date are subject to pay the entire portion of the program registration fee. Cancellations due to weather or other extenuating circumstances (as determined by guide staff) may reschedule or receive a full refund.

WVU Marketplace Mall processes all credit card transactions through a 3rd party gateway. The credit card charge will display as WVU Marketplace on your bank statement and will not display the name of the store in which you purchased the good or service.
