If you are a tax-exempt entity, please return to the Trail Events folder of products and select the tax-exempt option. The OEDC and ACT Workshop planning partners strive to provide these educational opportunities at an affordable cost. WVU facilitators provide their time and expertise at no charge; the registration fees cover individual participants' direct material and hospitality expenses. Payments made through this portal can only be made with major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). If you cannot pay by credit card, please contact our Administrative Assistant, Bethany Bailey, at bethany.bailey@mail.wvu.edu for assistance. Please note that cancellations made more than 14 business days before the event will receive a full refund. Only cancellations made 14 days before the event's start will be guaranteed a refund. This policy excludes event cancellations or rescheduling due to weather or other extenuating circumstances as determined by the Management Team; in those circumstances, full refunds will be offered. Refunds may take up to 12 weeks to process.
