Laptop Loan Program - Charges

Per the NDMU Laptop Loan Program agreement, you are responsible for any applicable charges for damages to the device while it was loaned out to you. Please enter the amount you owe for any damages that were incurred. This number would have either been emailed to you by the Auxiliary Services office or the IT Help Desk.
