The Philadelphia Zoo has reopened. The Zoo tickets are physical paper tickets. Note: You can pick up the tickets from our Office or can be mailed by request. Please allow 2 business days for turnaround. They used to be digital but based on student feedback - we changed the method.

• PLEASE NOTE:
  • We have a no-refund policy.
  • Limited quantities of tickets are available for each attraction. If available on site, we have tickets!
  • The tickets are sold on first-come, first-served basis.
  • Once a ticket is sold out, it could take up to two weeks before its replenished.
  • Students are able to receive a maximum of 4 tickets per semester.
  • Once you have received your 4 tickets per semester, you are not eligible to purchase more tickets until the following semester.
  • Tickets are not available during the summer sessions.
