Guidelines & Policies

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please email badgesummit@colorado.edu. Payments for cancellations made prior to June 30, 2024 will be refunded minus a $30 cancellation fee. Payments for cancellations made after June 30, 2024 will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations are only available through Thursday, July 25, 2024. If you need to modify any portion of your registration, please contact the conference organizers at badgesummit@colorado.edu for assistance.

Photo Policy
Registrants (including all attendees, presenters, sponsors and staff) of the Badge Summit @ CU Boulder events agree to allow Badge Summit and its official photographer to photograph and record them in the context of the conference and related events. Footage captured by the official photographer may be used in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials, including the Virtual Badge Summit and encore presentations of conference learning and sharing.
