2025 International Learning Assistant Conference
November 7-9, 2025

Join us at ILAC 2025 as we explore how the LA Model has the potential for bringing about sustained institutional change. Learn ways in which the LA model creates more inclusive classrooms, educates students and faculty, and how the LA Alliance supports campuses, administrators, and faculty throughout the world. Connect with other LA programs, including fresh programs starting up as well as LA programs in mid-stage development who have learned from experience.

Whether you’re new or experienced in working with LAs to create more inclusive classrooms, starting or running an LA Program, teaching the LA pedagogy course, or serving as an administrator who supports an LA Program within their institution, we welcome you!

RATES: The full conference price is $650 through October 24 at 12:00 noon MT. The late registration price is $700 (October 24 at 12:01 pm MT through October 31 at 12:00 noon MT). Please note, registration will close on October 31 at 12:00 noon MT or whenever we reach capacity.

We are also offering a discounted rate of $550, which honors institutions that have an LA Campus subscription for managing their LA recruitment and hiring. Cancellation/Refund Policy
Full refunds will be allowed for no extra charge through October 24. From October 25 to October 31, there will be a $75 processing fee on all transfers and refunds. We are unable to offer refunds after October 31, including cancellations due to illness. In addition, we will not be able to refund registration fees due to complications with travel plans, so we highly encourage you to consider obtaining travel insurance to cover these kinds of events.
