Want to escape your generic pre-med classes? Interested in emergency medicine, humanitarian relief work, wilderness medicine, or global health? Want to travel abroad and gain real-world medical experience? Taught by faculty of the University of Colorado School of Medicine, nearly two week, hands-on introduction to emergency, wilderness, and global health medicine class. In addition to gaining hands-on experience, students will get to know successful medical school faculty and physicians, and get the inside scoop on the medical school application process and a career in healthcare.
