Single Room

You can choose to upgrade to a single room instead of sharing a double room. The check-in date would be June 1st, 2025 at 3 pm and check-out June 28th, 2025 at 10 am. The single rooms do not have private baths. Meal costs are included. We are unable to guarantee any financial support for room and board expenses this year, but we hope to be able to reimburse some expenses later in the year. The price difference for a single occupancy room cannot be reimbursed.

Please note that single rooms are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
