Summer Bike Storage Payment
Are you leaving Boulder for the summer but can't take your bike? The CU Bike Program will store it in a secure, covered location for the entire summer for only $20! Stored bikes will be available for pick-up during the first week of Fall classes. Bikes left locked to outdoor racks are often stolen and abandoned bikes are subject to impound, so take advantage of the CU Bike Program summer storage.
See dates and locations details here:
https://www.colorado.edu/ecenter/programs/sustainable-transportation/bicycle/summer-bike-storage
Cost: $20 storage
No returns or refunds. No reservations/appointments, bikes accepted on first come first served basis
Stored bikes will not be available for pick-up before the first week of Fall classes
Questions can be sent to bicycle@colorado.edu.
Donations of unwanted bikes will also be accepted. Do not leave your abandoned bike, as it creates waste and encourages theft. Instead, donate your bike to help fellow CU students in need of transportation or one of our non-profit partners.
Before finalizing your payment, you will be asked to confirm the following pick-up terms:
I agree to pick up my bike during the designated time frame of 1st week of school Fall semester. No early pick-ups will be allowed. Any bike that is not picked up within 30 days of the designated pick-up time becomes CU property to sell, donate, or recycle. All students will be emailed a reminder of dates, times, & location for bike pick-up. The CU Bike Program is not responsible for lost or damaged accessories attached to bicycles and strongly recommend those are removed before storage. Bikes must be picked up. By checking the "I agree" box in the next section, I am agreeing to all terms above.
